FAQs

How can the cast surfaces be used?

All of the cast surfaces can be used for a wide variety of interior applications, from kitchen countertops and table tops through to shelving, tiling and stand alone centrepieces. Each cast is unique so can be adapted to suit a specific purpose - if you have something specific in mind then get in touch here.

What are the colour options?

The ‘house’ colour-ways are a series of neutral tones of white, black, grey and terracotta, using various recycled ‘dust’ as various densities (Select a pattern above to see the house colour options in detail).

Are bespoke colours possible?

Yes, each cast is made to order so bespoke colour-ways are possible. Colour matching to RAL and PANTONE is possible, and bespoke colour samples can be made on request.

What size surfaces can you make?

We have a maximum single panel size of 2300mm x 1300mm - however multiple panels can be combined together.

What are the surfaces made from?

The surfaces are made from Jesmonite, an acrylic based resin which is uniquely versatile. The material is fire resistant, lightweight as well as being solvent and VOC free. For full product specifications, please see the Jesmonite website.

Can I see a sample of the cast surface?

Yes, large 150mm x 150mm x 10mm samples can be purchased here. For bespoke samples please get in touch.

What are the lead times for a cast surface order?

Typical lead times for surfaces are 4-6 weeks, depending on project size and scope. If samples are in stock then delivery will be within a couple of days although this can vary depending on availability.

Can you make irregular shapes?

Yes, irregular and non-standard shapes are possible - the panels are precision machine cut to size after casting to a tolerance +/- 1mm. A full design and specification service is possible, just get in touch to discuss.
